Be Blount was founded by Tina Blount on a simple belief that people thrive when they discover who they really are and live that out through the way they lead, work and serve. For more than two decades, Tina has had the privledge of helping individuals, teams and organizations uncover their strengths, navigate transitions and step confidently into the work and life they were created for.
Tina believes that lasting transformation doesn't begin with a better strategy. It begins with a better understanding of how someone has been created. When people understand how they are uniquely wired, they don't just perform differently, they live differently. That's why Be Blount meets people at the intersection of work, life and faith, helping them to build on strengths while growing through gaps.
Whether she is coaching a person, delivering a workshop, consulting with a leader, or creating a resource, the mission is always the same: Develop People by equipping them to "Be, then Do" because lasting growth starts on the inside. That's the heart behind the Be Blount story.
