Coaching & Consulting

Hi there!
Thanks for visiting my website. I've spent my career doing one thing in a lot of different rooms: Developing People. From Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition to Executive Leadership, Coaching, Pastoral Ministry, as well as serving the local business community. From my very first job, I've developed my career helping people understand who they are, grow into who they’re becoming, and express who they are in the way they live, work, and lead. I meet people at the intersection of work, life, and faith, because I believe that the person who walks into the boardroom, classroom, or green room is the same person who goes home to the living room at the end of the day...and that person should be the best version of yourself.
Tina's Story
Tina has built her career around one thing: helping people grow and it's been the golden thread throughout her career. From her early days serving in the staffing industry to a successful career in corporate talent acquisition, Tina discovered that the most meaningful work wasn't filling positions. It was helping people discover where they were created to be and where they could make their greatest impact. That passion led her into job coaching, leadership coaching, people development and pastoral ministry.
She has credentials and certifications to her name, but those aren't what drive her. People do. She has a unique ability to see both the growth and the gaps, helping individuals and leaders recognize what’s working, uncover what’s getting in the way, and take practical steps forward.

Tina is also a Speaker, Podcaster, and Author of three books: Now What?, Warnings to the Seven Churches, and Your Life Is a Tree of Possibilities. At the heart of everything she does is a simple philosophy: “Be, then Do.” As Tina says, “I develop people. I help them uncover who they are, grow into who they’re becoming, and align how they live, work, and lead with what matters most.”

And beyond the titles and experience? Tina is a Florida girl who loves Jesus, her family, friends, church, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and an unreasonable amount of Diet Coke. She is relatable, teachable, and deeply grateful for the work she gets to do and the people she gets to do it with.
